Introduction
PET film is a film material made of polyethylene terephthalate as a
raw material, made into thick sheets by extrusion, and then
biaxially stretched. At the same time, it is a polymer plastic
film, which is more and more favored by consumers because of its
excellent comprehensive properties. It is a colorless, transparent,
glossy film with excellent mechanical properties, high rigidity,
hardness and toughness. Puncture resistance, friction resistance,
high and low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, oil
resistance, air tightness and fragrance retention are good. It is
one of the commonly used barrier composite film substrates.
Usage description
1. Three-layer CPP aluminum film, transparent, and BOPP aluminum
film are suitable for heat sealing layer of flexible packaging.
2. PET aluminum film is suitable for the middle layer of flexible
packaging and the surface layer of gold and silver card boards.
3. PVC (gold, silver) blister sheet is suitable for blow molding
box cushions, etc.
4. BOPP laser transparent film is suitable for soft packaging
laminating of paper products, and transparent packaging bags for
clothing.
5. BOPP laser aluminized film is suitable for making flexible
packaging bags, gift boxes, etc.
6. BOPP, PET bright color aluminum film, matte color aluminum film
are available in red, yellow, blue, green, purple and other colors.
Suitable for gift packaging, handbags, holiday products, etc.
7. The PET and BOPP laser transfer film can transfer the
holographic image to the packaging, which is especially suitable
for making partial anti-counterfeiting packaging.
8. PET laser film (thickness: 12μ-50μ) can be combined with
cardboard to make laser gold and silver cardboard. High temperature
resistant PET can be used as an interlayer in a flexible packaging
bag.
9. PVC laser film (thickness: 40μ-500μ) is especially suitable for
laser processing of soft PVC, and is suitable for various plastic
products.
10. BOPP laser medium film (thickness: 18μ-50μ) is an upgraded
product of laser transparent film. Its salient features are: the
brightness of the laser is several times stronger than that of
ordinary laser transparent film, and the laser pattern cannot be
erased. It is especially suitable for lamination of paper products
such as high-end medicine boxes, wine boxes and gift boxes.
11. PVC laser twisted aluminum film (thickness: 28-40μ) is suitable
for candy twisted packaging and gifts.
12. Provide customers with fixed-point lasers, carved windows and
partial laser patterns.
